Dr. Ally, a 49-year-old professor, was diagnosed with essential hypertension 12 years ago and was on antihypertensive drugs. However, he did not take his medications last year because he was feeling just fine. In addition, he was very busy with work. Nevertheless, he felt tired after work and developed dyspnea while climbing the stairs. Recently, he had a bout of epistaxis (severe nose bleed) with dizziness and blurred vision. He went to the doctor for a checkup. His blood pressure was 180/110, and the doctor found rales or crackles on his chest upon auscultation. The doctor ordered rest and asked him to start his medication again.
What are the patient’s problems?
What pathophysiological changes are happening in his eyes and heart?
According to the doctor, the patient might have developed congestive heart failure. Is it right-sided or left-sided?
What medications are likely to have been used? Describe the mechanisms of actions of at least two antihypertensive drugs.

See the table below for a sample time management plan. This time management plan

See the table below for a sample time management plan. This time management plan will allow you to realistically plan for your study time and will show you when you have blocks of time that are open to meet with your Team Assignments Group during the week. NOTE: Not all the tasks below will take a total of two-three hours, but the table gives you an idea of how you could create your own schedule.
Instructions:
Using the KINE 2350 Time Management Sample Plan templateActions , save as a MSWord document ONLY on your computer.
Modify the table to make it work for your weekly schedule. For example, be sure to think about the hours you work, sleep, exercise, eat, take care of family members, etc. The more specific you are, the more apt you are to stick to your schedule. Be sure to allow some extra time, or a “cushion,” especially when you may need some additional time to finalize and/or submit an assignment. Also, allow time for technical issues. Although we cannot always predict those, they do happen! You will only need to include a schedule for one week.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Choose one question for each of the two writing assignments.
Take a few minutes to review the questions listed above. I recommend that you
choose a topic that you do not know anything about: this way you will learn
something new. Do a literature search and answer the question.
Approach this assignment as if your supervisor asked you to prepare a report to
share with the rest of the leadership team.
There is no word count or page requirements. I’m not impressed with size but
rather content.
Just prepare a thorough and detailed report. If you can do that in 2 paragraphs
great or 2 pages – whatever to demonstrate your quality of work.
1- Investigate the latest Meaningful Use criteria for eligible professionals or
eligible hospitals. Visit either a physician practice or hospital in your
community. Have they participated in the Medicare or Medicaid EHR
Incentive Program? Why or why not? If the organization or provider has
participated in the program, what has the experience been like? What
lessons have they learned? Find out the degree to which the facility uses
EHRs and what issues or challenges they have had in achieving
Meaningful Use.
2- Investigate one of the Beacon communities to find out how they are
using HIT to improve quality of care and access to care within their
region. Be prepared to share with the class a summary of your findings.
Do you think the work that this Beacon community has done could be
replicated in your community? Why or why not?

This is a secondary application for UCLA Medical School. The instruction is to just answer the question in essay form within the word count limit. Each question had 800 characters count (~150 words). This is extremely important for me and I’d appreciate a good work! Please reach out to me for any questions and each question is very specific and I’d want to make it as personal as possible. No citation is needed.
